OK, this is new. No, really new. But we're going to try to keep up with the news here.
The Blog page is replacing the email distribution of newsletters. Why? Well, there are several reasons. The email subscription list is difficult to manage.
Many don't know how or don't care to submit to the subscription list. And then the formatting and distribution to hundreds of addresses can be unwieldy. Did the newsletter go out? We were never certain of that, either.
What about page formatting, pictures and special type fonts? Overly generous use of these features sometimes result in the newsletters being blocked by some services. So, we want to get around all that difficulty and make it easy for everyone to see the news coming from our shop without commitment to a subscription.

We'll be here during the last week in December on our regular schedule, Tuesday-Thursday 10 to 5, Friday 10 to 7 and Saturday 10 to 3.
Can you believe it? 2011 is passing and the 2012 era is beginning. Oh well, think Spring!
